What you share

Your email and authentication credentials are processed by Supabase Auth. Your freelancer profile is saved locally in your browser. When you generate a proposal, your profile and project brief are sent to our server and OpenAI to produce the draft.

Saved work

Your project briefs and generated proposals are stored in Supabase under your account. You can clear saved proposal text from History. Usage records remain to enforce your free trial or Pro daily allowance.

Demo access

We store a demo identifier in an essential browser cookie or extension storage to count your 3 free attempts. Demo replies and usage are stored on our server; a one-way keyed hash of your network address helps limit automated abuse. The website and extension have separate guest identifiers. After sign-in, the 5 free attempts are shared across both.

Analytics

Optional analytics are off until you agree. With your permission, the website and Chrome extension measure page or panel views, sign-ins, generation outcomes, and checkout and payment outcomes using Google Analytics. Events include pseudonymous identifiers, plan, selected options, timing, error codes and payment amounts. Signed-in events may use an internal account ID to link activity across devices. Messages, drafts, email addresses, credentials, card details and addresses of third-party pages you visit are not included in our custom events.

Advertising cookies on the website require a separate choice. You can withdraw optional consent using Privacy choices in the website footer or the extension. Server delivery records are kept for up to 90 days; inactive consent records expire after 180 days. Already delivered data follows the retention settings of our Google Analytics property. Sensitive authentication URLs are excluded from page tracking.

Payments

Stripe processes payments. We store identifiers and subscription status, not your card details.

Chrome permissions

The extension reads selected page text only after you click Capture selected text. It does not monitor your browsing or send proposals automatically. Your session and draft are stored locally in Chrome.

AI processing

Requests use OpenAI’s Responses API with response storage disabled. This does not promise zero retention by all providers. Avoid including information you are not allowed to share.
