Getting started with the Chrome extension

1. Install Responser and pin it from the Chrome toolbar.
2. Open a project brief on any site and highlight the description.
3. Click the Responser icon to open the side panel, then choose Capture selected text.
4. Fill in your freelancer profile once, pick a tone, and generate a draft.
5. Review and edit the proposal, then copy it where you need it.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

No. You can try 3 demo proposals without signing up. Sign in for 5 more free proposals, shared between the website and the extension.

What does Pro include?

Pro gives you 100 proposals per UTC day across web and Chrome. See Pricing for current plans.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Open your workspace and use the billing portal. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. For refund requests, email us.

Does Responser send proposals for me?

No. Responser only drafts text. You decide what to copy and submit.

Is the generated text always accurate?

AI output can contain mistakes. Always review a proposal before you send it.

Troubleshooting

• Capture selected text does nothing. Highlight the text first, then click Capture. Chrome does not allow extensions on internal pages such as chrome:// or the Chrome Web Store. Reload the tab and try again.
• The side panel does not open. Make sure you are on Chrome 116 or newer, then click the Responser icon in the toolbar.
• Sign-in fails or loops. Sign out and sign in again from the side panel. If it still fails, make sure third-party sign-in windows are not blocked for easyreply.org.
• “Limit reached”. Free attempts do not reset. Pro limits reset daily at 00:00 UTC.
• Generation fails or times out. Check your connection and try again in a minute. If it keeps happening, email us with the time of the error.

Your data and privacy

The extension reads page text only after you click Capture selected text. It does not track your browsing and does not sell or share your data for advertising. Your profile and the brief are sent to our server and our AI provider only to generate your draft. Payments are handled by Stripe. Read the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. To delete your account and data, email contact@easyreply.org from the address you signed up with.
